44th Ave. E Walk & Talk

Thank you to the 70+ community members that came out to 44th Ave. E Dock on June 18, 2026, to share your stories, perspectives, hopes, and dreams for the future of this beautiful waterfront access located in Superior!

In 2023, the City of Superior purchased 22-acres of this former industrial dock with the vision of a community-driven effort to create a space that all ages and stages can enjoy. This project is still in the early planning phase, and your feedback will help shape what comes! No final decisions have been made. The site will remain a shared-use waterfront, with the Duluth Power Squadron and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers continuing their existing operations.
